Admission is free, with free onsite or nearby parking.

The day is a great opportunity for prospective players of all ages/sizes/skill level to come and see what our club is all about, how we train and meet the people that make the club happen, coaches, players and supporters alike.

Chess Valley has teams from U6/7's (Yrs 1/2) all the way up to Senior rugby (plus on occasions Vets). There will be open training sessions from the mini sections which you are welcome to join in, so bring suitable clothing and footwear.

The day is packed full of activities for all ages;
  • a giant inflatable slide for the youngsters
  • an inflatable bungee run for those older kids and the adults that have something to prove
  • Bottle Tombola
  • a Raffle, with the top prize of a family pass (2 adults and 2 children) to the Saracens Vs. Toulouse Heineken Cup Match at Wembley in October.
  • Possible guest appearance by Saracen's mascot Sarrie the Camel
  • plus the BBQ will be on and the bar open to feed and water you
At 14:30 the inaugural Clash of the Coaches Tag Rugby match is scheduled, with the Coaches of the Minis taking on the Juniors coaches in a contest of honour and pride in the non-contact form of the game. [Update: It may form into a tri-way contest with a Chairman's VI]

All of the proceeds raised on the day will go straight back into the club and will help us purchase new equipment, new kit and better training facilities.

So please come down to see our new home and why we are so proud to call it home!
