Three Rivers woodland management plan review

posted 23 Jul 2012, 11:01 by Tomo
Three Rivers District Council owns 240 hectares of woodland from large nature reserves to small pockets of woodland adjacent to residential areas, and they are managed under the principles of protecting wildlife habitats, public access, regeneration and recreation.

In 2007 the District Council were awarded the UK Woodland Assurance Standard Accreditation in recognition of the good practice management of the woodlands.
The Residents' Association has been made aware that the Council are now reviewing the management of our woodlands and future plans.
