West Herts Hospitals - Parking Survey

posted 3 Apr 2013, 13:42 by Unknown user
West Herts Hospital NHS Trust would like to hear your views on the difficult choices of how best to use public money. To ensure they provide quality care within the money available there are choices to make across hospitals services, such as treatments, operations, equipment and staffing.

Providing car parking and transport facilities is costly and needs resources and investment, so the Hospital Trust is always looking at the best way to deliver these services whilst keeping the costs down.  They welcome and value everyone’s opinion and would appreciate your time to fill in the online questionnaire.

The survey is available online at until Friday 5th April.

The aim of the survey is to:
  • listen to views from all sectors of the community and the districts we serve
  • involve you in the decisions about providing transport and parking
  • share information with you about the choices that are available
  • make the facilities fair and accessible to everyone who needs to use them
  • ensure the Trust’s limited resources are used in the best way
  • canvass ideas and alternative suggestions

The Trust wish to get as much feedback as possible so please tell your friends and family about this survey and ask them to let us have their views. If you belong to a local community group please encourage the members to submit their views.  The survey forms are available across all three of our hospitals sites, Watford, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans. The deadline for responses is Friday 5th April 2013 at 5pm.
