Three Rivers District Council have today launched a consultation as part of the Local Development Framework into potential sites for development within the district. Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) will identify sites throughout the district for development up to 2026. This document is prepared in-line with the policies in the Development Core Strategy which sets out the vision and objectives for the spatial development of the area. The Site Allocations DPD sets out the allocation of sites as needed to achieve the objectives of the Core Strategy, and will form a very important part of planning policy when the new Local Development Framework is adopted in 2011. You can respond to the consulation online here. The online survey contains information upon 23 sites and a total of 25 questions and will take between 10 and 15mins to complete. Your Residents' Association will be taking the time to read this document carefully and will be making a response to the council. We would welcome any feedback from members on this proposal, preferably by the end of December 2010, so that we can take your views into account when making our submission.
