Transport Report to Exec Committee - 14th April

posted 7 May 2010, 03:32 by Tomo   [ updated 9 May 2010, 09:25 ]

We've been continuing to press Hertfordshire County Council regarding the state of the Highways, 350 potholes reported. A priority list of repairs for Chorleywood will be presented on our behalf to the Herts Highways joint member panel meeting on the 14th April. Our priority list is attached.

We're continuing to liaise with TfL regarding repeated signalling failures on Met Line, and their response and recovery to these when they happen. We will also be pressing politicians on officers to ensure that Metropolitan Line signalling upgrade money is ring-fenced in any post-election budget cuts.

There has been no recent news regarding the Croxley Link, and there are concerns that funding for this may get cut (main funding stakeholder is East of England Regional Development Agency).
