Meetings

Committee Meetings

The Association's Executive Committee usually meets every 4 weeks throughout the year. Meetings are open to residents, but due to the arrangements required for the Association to be able to host the meeting, we would like anyone wishing to attend the meeting to let us know in advance by contacting the Secretary of the Association at secretary@chorleywoodresidents.co.uk.

Community and Annual General Meeting

The Association has an AGM and Community meeting where all members and residents are invited to attend. The meeting generally takes place in May or June and is usually held in the Memorial Hall.

An agenda and documents for each meeting are circulated in advance wherever possible.

Minutes are taken of each meeting as a brief record of what has been discussed, and actions agreed to be undertaken and/or carried forward. The minutes of the previous meeting will be approved by the following meeting.

Local Government Liaison Meetings

We also hold meetings with local government representatives on a regular basis. See the schedule below and please contact us before any of the meetings if you'd like us to raise any issues.
