The Exec Committee of the Association have been meeting this evening and
we had a packed agenda, reviewing the feedback from our AGM, and
preparing for Chorleywood Village Day on Saturday 14th July. This weekend
There's lots of stuff going on in and around Chorleywood this weekend.
Transport We
had a lot of feedback from our e-mail about flooding in Chorleywood and
have had write ups in most of the local papers and magazines.
Unfortunately we're still waiting for feedback from Hertfordshire
Highways.
Chiltern
are proposing some significant changes to the train timetable from Dec
2012. You can read our response online for the detail of the impact of
the changes.
Environment The hosepipe ban will continue, but have you ordered your free water saving devices from Veolia?
The
council have passed new control orders to limit the use of the Common
and the Chorleywood House Estate by professional dog walkers.
Education Have a look at the consultation on the Shepherds Lane school.
Play Area
The council will be at the Village Day, so make sure you come along and tell them what you want. Health
